Epic fight with a massive blind dragon. For this fight we get a new blizzard interface, the sound bar. This is a circle that fills up from the middle as you gain Sound. When your sound reaches maximum you win the fight and get cookies, no, actually Atramedes enrages and you will become a fine pate under his massive talons.

At the moment the interface is shitty and difficult to interpret. I expect addons will turn this into a proper bar with actual numbers.

You gain sound as you are hit by Atramedes attacks. The only way to reset everyone's sound is to hit one of 8 gongs in the room. When hit it applies:

Vertigo: Increases damage taken by 50% and stuns for 5 seconds.

After the vertigo affect ends Atramedes will destroy that gong and attack the person who struck it.

Fight alternates between ground phase and air phase:

Ground Abilites:
Searing Flame: Atramedes turns towards a raid member and breaths fire in a cone. He will rotate either right or left randomly. The blindly aimed flames inflict 15062 to 15438 Fire damage every 1 sec and increases Fire damage taken by 25% per stack. Applied 8 times over 8 seconds. Harder to run away from the furhur away you are from him.
Sonic Shockwave:Hits every player in the room for 20,000 arcane damage and increases sound by ten.
Sound Disks: Circluar floor AOE effects come out from Atramedes. If touched inflicts 5850 to 6150 Arcane damage and adds seven sound. More difficult to avoid if you are close in.
Searing Flames: Fire patches appear causing stacking fire damage and sound. Stay off them.

Air Abilities:
Sonic Breath: Cast at the highest sound player. A laser that hits the floor and chases them. Does 15,000 damage per second and adds 20 sound per second. Follows the player faster the higher their sound is. In the air phase it speeds up and is very difficult to avoid.
Sound Disks: Circluar floor AOE effects come out from Atramedes. If touched inflicts 5850 to 6150 Arcane damage and adds seven sound.
Sonar Bomb: Bomb flies down from Atramedes and hits the ground. Inflicts 30000 Arcane damage to enemies within 8 yards and adds thirty sound.
Sonic Fireball: Atramedes scatters fire patches all over the room which deal 29250 to 30750 Fire damage to enemies within 6 yards.

Tactics:
Probably best for the tank to use the gongs and so boss will move from one to the next as they get destroyed.
In the ground phase the searing flame is the most damaging attack and can be difficult to avoid. May need to use a gong for it. People with speed boosting or immunity abilities may need to use them. Can be interrupted by a gong if needed.
In the air phase the sonic breath is the most difficult attack to avoid and most likely to kill people. Again use your movement abilites and invulnerability abilities here. Leap of Faith will be useful for people who suck at moving from the massive massive lazer. Can be interrupted if proving too much of a problem.
Basically gongs should only be used to interrupt certain abilites, not because some idiot has been hit by so many things that their sound level is reaching maximum and they are about to be smooshed.
