General Information
Characters name:
Jds
Class:Druid Race: Night Elf
Armory link:http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Ghostlands&n=Jds

UI screenshots
This is the most recent screenshot of my UI, although it is on my hunter, as im not currently in a raiding guild it’s just from a pug 10man naxx. Although my Druid UI is Identical in everyway, with slight alterations such as decursive.
Hunter -https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/i/wowscrnshot061709220616.jpg/

The below is just a standard screenshot of My Ui which was taken exactly 5mins ago, allot of my ui is brought up on certain key binds when I need it. This was just to give a general Idea
Druid - https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/i/wowscrnshot062809043059.jpg/

Played Time on your character: I contemplated quitting after Tbc and did until March of 2009. And with the help of a few irl friends I used recruit a friend to power level so currently it’s at 24days total with about 17days at level 80

Other Characters -
Buzzkill level 80 Hunter Ghostlands
(Purely for PvP i guess, Even though hunter didn’t get much love in season 6)
Bubbletbh level 70 Paladin Ghostlands
Lucifer level 70 Rogue Ghostlands
Luciria level 78 Death knight Ghostlands

Professions and level of professions: Leatherworking 420 (Pretty much stopped once I got 67SP buff) & Skinning 450

Internet connection is for the most part alright with about 2-300 Ms in raids, although with the new Tyne tunnel getting built apparently they "Cut" into a cable which made me lost net for 3days. Virgin media Sigh

Raid Times and Experience
I can meet the majority of raid times from Monday through till Friday, I never know what im doing at weekends and that generally just gets planned at the last moment, although being a weekend if I am on, I have 0 limits to which times I stay online. With a basis on "When am I bored enough to Alt+F4"

Pre Lich King: Kara through up until mid level BT really although Jds does not show all of this, but it's not that relevant anymore.

Current gear choices: At the moment im currently stacking Spell power as my Mana re-gen is high enough to maintain throughout long boss fights especially when innervate is there as backup. Along with the odd mana pot if really needed. As for upgrading my gear im going to base it on a mix of SP-Spirit. I have extra items in my bank for MP5 sets. But more spell power overall = better hot ticks which can never be a bad thing even if it is mostly over healing: P

I've have based all my sockets around Sp with a few spirit enchants on the rest of my items (although hodir rep is needed for shoulders) I do have an extra helm for longer boss fights which restores mana on spell cast although it is rarely used. The occasional spirit gem used to pop up in my gear but most of the socket bonuses became worthless and pure spell power seemed better overall.

Glyphs!

Major:
Glyph of Swiftmend – A must for any dedicated resto raider
Glyph of Wild Growth – Extra stretch on a commonly used and powerful HoT
Glyph of Innervate – Although I don’t struggle with mana an extra 90% increase shouldn’t be missed it was this or an extra second on Lifebloom

Minor:
Glyph of Aquatic form – Why not?!
Glyph of the Wild – 50% mana reduction, this spell likes to be spammed
Glyph of Rebirth – Because people like to stand in fires 

Notable off spec gear and experience:
Im dual-specced into feral tank, Although my off-spec gear is not that great as it is only 10man Naxx gear. Although I do tank instances quite often and I am up-to-date on tanking as a druid. At the moment it’s used more than my resto spec whilst in Pugs. With a little work it could become quite Viable.

We require you to have at least one crafting profession (not engineering). If you have two gathering professions, would you be prepared to reroll one?
I currently have leatherworking, with a couple of hours put into that could be maxxed out. I’m happy with Skinning for now unless I decide to get Inscription.

General Questions

Previous guilds and reasons for leaving
Cake, I gained my entire lich king raiding experience with cake. Including my trips into ulduar, I was happy there and made a large amount of friends although with a lot of college work piling up on me and the edge to raid I decided to stop raiding for a while and asked to maintain a social rank, this was ok for a few weeks but logging on at night times and seeing all my old friends progressing in ulduar it got to me. So after a few short weeks of ulduar getting released I took a month break from the game to catch up on all the work I had neglected. Although that’s all over and done with 3 or so weeks have passed since then and with the summer holidays coming up i'm looking forward to getting back into raiding again.

Role I provide in a raid:
Well a tree druid in a raid goes without question as being one of few healer classes who can successfully apply a vast amount of hots across multiple targets along with the tree of life form aura which increases all healing by 6% <3 I can fit into rolls all around the raid commonly amongst raid healing at least that is usually my assignment (Surprisingly) but as a hybrid class possibilities are endless.

What 1 thing would you change about your class if you could?
I’m a druid! Gief new bear models... oh wait nevermind

what do you think you can add to Eternals?
Hopefully, a successful resto tree with a friendly but hardworking attitude

what do you think Eternals can do for you?
Provide a Stable raiding environment meaning dedicated raiding times. With the occasional or fulltime guild banter!

Personal Info:
Name Jonathan David (Hence JD)
Age, 18, 19 in August
Where I live, Newcastle, UK
Interests/hobbies: I play guitar and train as boxer so i’m at the gym regularly, and as for the guitar i’m no Jimi Hendrix although after power surging 3 amps in a few months, I guess I don’t know that yet.
Job – College student. And soon to be University
and family that will nag you to stop raiding?

Additional information
I think I’ve pretty much covered anything I possibly can. Type to let the smoke cool down from my keyboard and welcome any questions you guys have

No doubt im going to lookover this in the morning and point on spelling mistakes and what not, Although the forum die don me so the start managed to get customized the rest Didnt't

Thanks Jds

Bar the cloak enchant, everything is gemmed/enchanted perfect. Seems to have a good gear and good knowledge of the class Smile

Sigh, did a long reply and it didn't post for some reason. So you are gonna get the shortened version now!

Seems like a solid application with good class knowledge. Not mentioned "Nourish" or "Regrowth" once which is always a major positive in my eyes!

Couple of small things on gear. Disagree with Hendié on cloak enchant, he's not soft haste capped (lower GCD = more HoTs = win) so that's fine by me. Shoulder enchant needs changing but you've mentioned that and personally I'd replace the gem in your helm with another +19 sp one. Only a small thing but hey. And get RID of that Egg asap! Very Happy

Your spec seems a bit Pee vee Pee orientated to me, which is fine for most raids but when we pulling Hardmodes you need to squeeze every little bit of Healing you can. Have a look into an 18/0/53 spec (aiming for ~220 haste) to really maximise your output. Just a suggestion.

Also, interested in how you heal. You use Grid, HealBot or a related add on? Main Spells? Don't like commenting on people's UI's normally, but Omen and Recount take up A LOT of space for useless Healing add ons!

Other than that, he definitely gets a nod from me. Gief moar Forests for raiding tbh! Good luck with your app Vanilla Bear (sigh at geeky Scrubs reference).

Hey, Hopefully this can clear up a few things

I'd replace the gem in your helm with another +19 sp one. Only a small thing but hey. And get RID of that Egg asap! Very Happy

After u mentioned it i had a look and have no idea why that is the only one of my gems which isn't and Sp gem, the only thing i can think of is maybe i had it there for a meta proc but who knows, And as for the Egg, i also have Spirit world glass and majestic dragon figurine which gives me some Leway on items.

As for the spec, Your right and i should have mentioned why, although it was 6am i guess it slipped my mind didnt have any hearty man sleep then, But either ways its easily changed, As im not in a guild currently when im on my druid i do usually do pvp so Barkskin over replenish etc. And since i've spent the majority of my time as feral at the moment i haven't changed it yet.

How i heal. basically gets focues on the situation, i generally use healbot for mass spamming rejuvs around the raid, and keep grid just as a Buff/Debuff checker for Gotw among other things, I hide recount in raids on my healzor as healing meter generally turns out to be "who has the best latency".. which lets me add in some CdT and others. ive changed my UI a lot lately and still in the process of tweaking it

Cheers Jd

1 thing I know about resto Druids in raids is that they fall into 2 categories, those that have a rubbish connection and dc most raids *cough* hykos *cough*. And those that afk for dinner just as we reach a boss (tbc days, can't remember names). Which one Do you come under?
More seriously, nice app, good luck with it. Unless u prefer red and white to black and white.
