Played Time on your character: It's all I play atm (alot) ermm.... 40 hours. (afk for 35 of those tho ) There really is too much free porn out there ;S
Profesions and level of professions: Herbs (Max) JC (442) - prolly will change herbs for summit. Not sure though.
Do you have a stable internet connection (Yes/No and average MS in raids): Yus; 90MS. Around 25-30 FPS in raids.

ERMM.. don't bother much with the really old raids, they dont interest me.

TK (cleared) SSC (clear). I cleared BT with Eternals (was on some of the early Illidan kills ) and wiped in Sunwell with you guys too. I gained all progress in there upto Brutallus...

General questions

Previous guilds and reasons for leaving?

Serious Business- It's a guild I've been TRYING to run... but I just dont have the commitment for it. Erm.. it's basically been built for not so HC raids, and has casual (more relaxed) players (some of which arent grt). I was only ever meant to be GM for a temporary time. Now I've had enough though. WTB less stress. Respect, to all GM's tbh. I'm now looking again for some hardcore fun.

What role do you feel you provide in a raid and what areas of strengths do you feel your class and spec has over others?

I provide some what weak DPS compared to a lot of classes at the minute, including Hybrid's; which is of course totally top notch decision making, by Blizz. The rogue class has seen better days.. But I really enjoy playing it. So I wont reroll, or go back to the hunter. Topping DMG is nice *thinks of days as BM hunter* yes, but It's not something im obbsessed with.

Anyway, we SHOULD provide very high DPS basically; being a Primary DPS class.

We provide TOTT for helping with aggro gain - which is pretty nice actually. Though, it's really a talent for the rogue to transfer his threat away from himself, to spam FOK etc. We're a pretty leechy class, providing mostly DPS. What there is of it.

At the minute mutilate is the best DPS spec, but it's a spec that is so not fun to play, with the design of hunger for blood.

Combat doesnt have any real (main) advantage over mutilate, other than slighty better aoe capability. Only really useful on trash though, there are some exceptions though. I guess you could also put two points into throwing specialization, for interupts.

What 1 thing would you change about your class if you could?

The ridiculous hit cap. A rogues main source of dmg is melee, and to be missing a lot of the time isn't good. Most classes can cap (I think) fairly easily, without a significant stat loss.

Also, providing something substantial for the raid would be nice too.

What do you think you can add to Eternals?

Dead melee (poor)dps... always good for a laugh. Check how many times I die in fire etc

I top deaths too, regularly. On occasion, I've been known to do 400dps!

I'll add a friendly, laid back *Geordie* which is always full of win!

What do you think Eternals can do for you?

Provide a successful, fairly relaxed raiding environment. Along with some laughs.

I guess I'll explain my leaving. I was so tired of raiding, and had very little time to do anything, let alone raid. My life was full at the time, and I was just tired of WOW tbh. It wasn't like I emoquit... or changed guilds to another high-end guild. So I dont think it should be a big problem.

Special Cap = 99 (5/5) Precision.

Posion Cap = 315 (5/5) Precision.

White attack cap is about = 721 Hit

Thats a matter of opinion.

White DPS is a Rogue's main source of dmg, and tbh in the few days I've been testing, I've seen a DPS increase, even with a big stat loss.

I can if I want have around 3800 AP... close to 38 crit; but it's usless if a lot of it is missing.

I know a most rogues arent going for Hit atm. I'm simply testing some stuff out.

Also if you check my gear, it's not like I've went totally crazy on HIT. I have on what I have available to maximise HR. I can ofc maximise other things should I want to

Forget the white cap it's irrelevant m8. We obsessed about it in TBC but now that we suck we don't need it . The white is high and we just aren't meant to get to to it. 210-315 is fine with full raid buffs, hit doesn't scale like AGI/AP so you are wasting points, see below and there are better discussions elsewhere regarding Hit not just the EJ forums although I'm interested in your tests.

We currently have 5 rogues, 3 fighting for 1 or 2 raid spots so don't know if we need another rogue. Your gear is good, change your trinks imo but hey. GL m8.

Another blast from the past app.

In the past you have shown lack of commitment to the guild. You were the lowest damage on rash all the time saying that you prefered to focus on the boss fights and not the trash. Great guild attitude tbh. When you did finally get to the boss (lets pick kalecgos for this example) you would repeatedly stand in bushes while we constantly moaned at you to move, Grimax also did this alot, maybe hunter mechanic?!

I think you are a nice guy but twice you've been in the guild and twice you've gone off to be with old arm and steel? or arm and hammer people? I can't remeber the name. You aren't a very guild orientated person regardless of your other personality pluses.

If the past is anything to go by then the guild might aswell accept you, they wouldn't notice you on trash and you would probably leave before your trial was up anyway. Good luck with your app but if I was still in charge you certainly wouldn't get an invite back for a 3rd time. I said the same about Slackiepop but no one listened, he emo quit shortly after joining.

But alas I say again, I think you're a nice guy, just you don't have the dedication to push the guild forwards, especially with Ulduar comming out and the sheer commitment involved with a new raid instance.

I was a high attender for you when I was there, always buffed, and performed constantly, very well IMO. I never caused trouble etc... but I see as in life... all the good goes unoticed, and the bad always brung up.

As for commitment - why do you think I've applied.. now? Cause I want to raid properly again.

To be honest, I knew when I applied this would come, and I also knew it's likely I wont be accepted.

I'm the ex GM and raid leader for the guild. Why would I lie? Sure there might have been a few occasions you weren't the lowest, I think the healers got lower sometimes. But the fact is you were lazy on trash and you admitted so stating that you didn't want to waste your enery and focus on. Thats a poor attitude, also you have left the guild 2 times before, and thats really a big thing on my mind.

Well I can't provide you with nothing proven, but also... I never said I would; nor, did I say its superior. At the bottom of my application, I said that the gear linked would be god knows what. That isn't even my gear for raiding.

The first time I joined your guild, If I remember rightly, you or Steve actually asked me to join. Someone though (close friend) managed to change my mind , so I quit the same day and went back to my previous guild. Point is, I was confused at that time.

The second time I left, I didnt have the focus to raid. I guild quit and went very casual for a very long time. I don't know what you'd expect me to do?

Also, Ronan actually asked me to consider being Hunter Class Leader, just before i decided to quit - So yeah mate, I failed so hard didnt I. I cant see him asking me to do that job if i was this slacking, hang on, you're making me out to be.

If anyone wants to say anything negative about trialists to this degree, it can be done in private message to myself or the other officers. Im not tolerating anymore of this kinda crap behaviour on our public forums.
