Three Bosses on separate platforms. You can go back and forth from the east boss to the north boss and from the north boss to the west boss. You cannot go from the east boss straight to the west boss.

If one of the Bosses is not in combat at any point dring the encouter it will appply a raid wide debuff:
East Boss Unengaged: Raid silenced and increasing nature damage per second.
West Boss Unengaged: Healing taken reduced by 100% and increasing shadow damage per second
North Boss Unengaged: Haste reduced by 500% and increasing frost damage per second.

The bosses will gain "Focus" during the fight and using this focus roughly every 2 mins they will unleash their ultimate attacks. During this time no platform jumpting can occur.

The bosses need to be killed within 1 min of each other.

Rohash (East Boss):
Slicing Gale: Cast instead of melee-ing. Fierce winds slice through a random enemy target, dealing 11875 to 13125 Nature damage, increasing Nature damage they receive by 5% for 30 sec. This effect stacks.
Wind Blast: Boss moves slowly around the platform. Any enemies caught infront of him are dealt 9500 to 10500 Nature damage and knocked back 200 yards. Lasts 10 sec.
Tornado: Summons 3 tornados nearby. These tornados move around the area randomly, dealing 38000 to 42000 Nature damage to any enemies that get within 10 yards of them, knocking them back.
Cannot be melee tanked. Does minimal damage to raid.
Hurricane: Cast at full energy, Creates a huge vortex of wind, catching all nearby enemies and launching them into the air. Anyone caught by the vortex will take 2500 Nature damage per second for 15 sec. At the end of this effect, affected targets will be dropped out of the air, resulting in additional falling damage. Can be avoided.

Nezir (North Boss):
Permafrost: Channels a blast of Frost at Nezir's current target, dealing 9500 to 10500 Frost damage per second in a cone towards that target for 3 sec.
Ice Patch: Deals 7125 to 7875 Frost damage per second to all enemies within 20 yards, slowing their movement speed by 10% . This effect stacks. Lasts 3 sec.
Wind Chill: Deals 4750 to 5250 Frost damage to all enemies within 100 yards and increases all Frost damage taken by 10% for 30 sec. Stacks.
Sleet Storm: Cast at full energy, Deals 28500 to 31500 Frost damage per second to all targets within 100 yards. This damage is divided among all targets. Lasts 15 sec.

Anshal (West Boss):
Soothing Winds: Summons an area of calm winds (Green circle) on a random friendly target. This area heals all allies for 20000 per second. Any enemies within the area are silenced an pacified while they remain inside the area. This effect lasts for 30 sec.
Nurture: Summons a Ravenous Creeper nearby every second for 5 sec. Ravenous Creepers have Toxic Spores.
Toxic Spores: Spores errupt from the caster every second for 5 seconds, afflicting all enemies within 8 yards with a deadly toxin. This toxin deals 500 Nature damage per second for 5 sec and can stack up 25 times.
Zephyr: Cast at full energy, heals all allies within 100 yards for 25000 health per second. In addition, these targets will also gain 15% increased damage for 15 sec. This effect stacks.

Tactics Outline:
Rohash does minimal damage and so 1 healer or a self healing class like a warlock or shadowpriest can stay on that platform for the majority of the fight. Its ultimate attack is avoidable or 1 healer can heal themselves through it. The person on that fight may need to switch off it to let the increased nature damage debuff wear off.

Nezir will need a healer and tank on it at all times. People will not be able to stay on that platform the entire fight due to the stacking Frost damage debuff.

Anshal will need a few DPS there when adds are spawning to bring them down quickly. Otherwise platform can be occupied by 1 tank and 1 healer.

The bosses will all perform their ultimate abilites at the same time. When this happens people are unable to transfer between platforms for the duration. 1 tank and healer will need to stay with Anshal using cooldowns. I lone healer will need to be with Rohash. Everyone else needs to be on Nezirs platform to soak the Sleet Storm Damage.

If both the healer and tank from Anshal and Nezir jump at the same time they can switch bosses with no raid wide debuff starting. Obviously if there is anyone on the platforms when the switch occurs they will be attacked by the boss.

1 group of DPS (probably melee) should stay on Anshal at all points during the fight (not during the ultimate ability) to kill the adds as they spawn. The rest of the DPS should probably stay on Nezir for the first minute, switch to Rohash for the second minute and that way are able to come back to soak up the Sleet Storm with no stacks of increased Frost damage.
