Just wondering what people think

i have just been messing around trying out different talent trees to see what i could come up with whilst i am waiting on replies to my application,

is what i came up with.. just wondering if any holy priests out there or anyone who knows the class could possibly give me tips on how i could tune this better for a raid healer, who isnt amazingly geared.
