Played Time on your character:86 days on my warlock, 9 days on my alt DK and a few(maybe 3 in total on other low lvl alts)
Profesions and level of professions:Enchanting/Tailoring. Tailoring at 426 and Enchanting at 350. I am currently leveling up enchanting as fast as i can (my gold funds stopping me atm as the ring enchants is like two extra Runed scarlet rubys=rawr)
Do you have a stable internet connection (Yes/No and average MS in raids):Yes my internet connection is stable, hardly ever have disconnect. Sadly though my ms is quite high (100-150) but! it wont make me die on bosses like heigan, im not a person who is slow in mind

What other characters do you have?

ive got me warlock and theese few alts too:
Fikusen, 80DK(a tank alt which im trying to gear up in heroics, craftables etc).
Wazzup, 53 Warrior, never going to play on again, hah
Then some lower lvl alts around 10-20 which i may lvl up, if i get some spare time to kill


Raid times and Experience:

We raid 7 days a week, days and times could possibly change in the future, please delete yes or no below depending on whether you would be able to attend or not. (server times)
Monday 19:30-00:00 - Yes. Sadly i think ill "only" be able to push it to about 23:30-23:45. Still wrote yes dont know if thats ok or wrong of me :/

Have also cleared several pre-bc raidinstances in funruns during late nights(AQ20/40, Ony, did abit of ZG and BWL, Mc all bosses but raggy). (did ony on my DK so it wont show on my locks armory)

Explain your current gear choices and how you hope to improve then in the future.

My current gear is based of what i have been able to upgrade and still keeping the hit close to the cap. Sadly in my current guild there have been very, i mean VERY different raidgroups each day so there is no way you can count on getting IMP FF or misery.
What i intend to do in the future is to improve my amount of spellpower and haste(if i stay affliction) And if i'm going back to a more direct damage based spec ill bring in crit to that count, as affliction warlocks don't benefit from crit as much as the demo/destro or deep destro ones.

Comment on how youve chosen to gem and enchant your character, and why you have chosen these gems/enchants.
The way i chose my enchants and gems was mostly going after the best i could get at the time and still keeping hitcap up(Thats why iv'e got a few hitgems in my gear instead of some 19 SP ones. Sadly enough i'm not the richest person(goldwise) in the world so i haven't gotten the +63SP for my mainhand yet, same with the +10stats on chest. The chest one is just a waste of gold imo(correct me if i'm wrong) but its about 22 mana and hp (with kings) and then 0.3 SP you get from those extra two stats of everything. But ofc, if it is a requirement you will see me farming the mats for it right away!


What glyphs are you using and why?
Atm my three major glyphs are: Siphon life, immolate and Corruption

Do you have any notable offspec gear and are you experience/up to date with the mechanics of playing your offspecs?
Well if you count pvpgear as an offspec for warlocks i sadly havent got any real 80 pvp gear yet, im thinking of (when dualspec comes) to get my second spec to be just a pvp spec so i can switch betweem raids and pvp in a quick 5 secs

We require you to have at least one crafting profession (not engineering). If you have two gathering professions, would you be prepared to reroll one?

I have got tailoring as a crafting profession atm and if you require me to lvl it up further ( i have only leveled it for the different cloths and the cheap spellthread so far) i will do as you wish(lol i sound like a slave)


General questions

Previous guilds and reasons for leaving?

The only previous "Serious raiding guild" iv'e been in(and still are ) is Knights of the Templar. Joined them about 1.5 years ago( http://www.warcraftrealms.com/charsheet/52069792 ) And now it have come to a point where i cant stand it anymore, the guildmaster is corrupted and uses excuses like "Im getting spamwhispered all the time, i cant dps!" For when hes being the clearly best geared warlock in the guild and yet not close to be the top dps one. I hope you see my long stay in tkott as a sign of a "non-Guildhopper" and if you want someone to confirm how Shagrack, the gm of Kott, ask Léonál, he knows


What role do you feel you provide in a raid and what areas of strengths do you feel your class and spec has over others?

As a warlock i'm meant to be a both support and heavy dps class. Whispers like "SOULSTONE PLOX" or "GIEF HEALTHSTONES NAB" Wont get me down, thats just fun xD, it is our job tbh

Well, i respec often as i require abit of variation in the game, in this case spec . I am afliction now but i have tried almost all of the current "accepted" Raiding specs, such as 0/40/31, 0/41/30, 0/53/18 and ofcourse Affliction which is my current spec. When 3.1 hits im planning on going the new 0/40/31 spec ( http://ptr.wowhead.com/?talent=IZfb0hkAdibcGZVbuVrzuVo ) as that seems to be the most rewarding spec (on the ptrs) but its yet to be tested in fully buffed raid situations and ill only be sure then.

What 1 thing would you change about your class if you could?

I would give warlocks plate armor! Were way to squishy . But on the serious side i would like to have the threatgeneration lowered abit, overaggro deaths isn't fun >_<


What do you think you can add to Eternals?

What you would get form me is a motivated player who spends time on getting things done (if there is something i can farm to get, i will farm ) And also a friendly player who will treat the others of the guild with respect(no exceptions). I can be serious about raiding but i can also be the one who ninjapulls C'thun during a funrun after a hard day of raiding . I am also a person who wouldn't get disheartened for a night of wipes when your trying to get a new boss down for progress, thats a part of the game and the satisfaction of getting a boss down after hours of wiping is soo much greater than getting one down on the first try.


What do you think Eternals can do for you?

I think(and hope) that eternals will be a guild i can call home and be a place to let my character evolve gearwise and knowledgewise. I also believe that Eternals will give me a chance to be a part of a great raiding team and have a shot at being a part of your already long list of server firsts.

My name is Martin and ill be 16 this autumn, i live in the capital of Sweden called "Stockholm". On me free time i like to play wow(of course ^^) And at other times hang out with friends etc. And no none of my familymembers would stop me from raiding Theyre cool with me sitting and raiding for a hours each night, soo no "IM CUTTING THE WIRE, IT HAS TO END" Zerks going to come from me!

As said above i'm doing this application during the easter weekend and my family will drag me away for some dinners the next few days, ill be back to a normal time schedule at tuesday next week

As i didnt find a place for a rotation explanation ill do it here, My affliction boss rotation would be:
SB>Haunt>Corr>CoA>UA>Immo>SL>FILLER (The filler is either Shadowbolts while the boss is at 100% to 25% and below that Drain soul replaces Shadowbolt as a filler) The filler is used while you wait for the dots/haunt to be ready to refresh. On trash it would mostly be SoC spam on multiple mobs and on large mobs (like the fleshgiants befire grobb) i use my normal rotation but i leave out SL.
If i'm 0/41/30 Specd it would be CoD (as im running in to the boss)>Corr>immo>Incinerate spam (uses Demonic empowerment when its off cooldown and refreshes the dots as soon as it needed.

If my spec is 40/31 my rotation would be:
CoD(CoE if there is no Boomkin/unholy DK in the raid)>Corr>Immo>Conflag>incinerate spam( Using Conflag as soon as its off cooldown and refreshing the dots when its needed).

Your hit is at 346 which is under hit cap, however if you were raiding with a spriest that problem would be sorted easily. I don't spose you have any WWS or recounts of any of your raids do you?

I also noticed your Shoulder enchant, not exalted with Sons of Hodir, i hope your working on that rep faction yeah?

- Concerns me abit, currently at the moment that wouldn't of been an issue but however with Ulduar coming out, and us as a guild wanting to progress through Ulduar asap that might be a problem? but thats up to Ronab to decide on that matter.

I see there are a couple of low lvl gems in your gear, which can be sorted so thats no problem.

good apply, but was wondering about your spec, why dont u have molten core, as u use immolate in your rotation?

i'd take 2 points out of eradiction, and take one point out of your wasted point in amplify curse, and put them into molten core.

About having a quite big recount, yeah i know i do it have just been that way for a long time, hehe. My omen is in the far down/left corner(at the black space) and is about the same size as the recount when i'm not in dalaran(which i am in this picture >_< /fail ).

About the sons of hodir rep, yes i know i'm quite low there but i just forgot to do the dailies after hitting honored( a while ago). I have been doing the dailies each day now though, for a few days back and i will be continuing that until i hit exalted .

And about my spec being wrong(yes i know it is :/) i just forgot to change it(lol now i sound like a senile person) But a spec can be changed with a click of a mousebutton! which i probably will be changing anyways, as 3.1 is coming out in abit and i don't know if ill be affliction all time till then.

taking 3 points out of imp SB, and into cataclysm, could also be a good idea, making ur affliction and destruction spell balanced hitwized, and drop 3% hitrating on your gear, and rather hope for a imp FF/Misery in the raid, which should _always_ be there *cough vanity cough*

In my opinion wouldn't you be better off keeeping the spell hit talents and then stacking pure spell power in your gear? Just a thought..

Ill be honest here, I didnt want to accept this application, I saw the molten core and hit mistakes as glaringly bad and not the type of player we're after. A couple of guildys say they spent the day with you on the dummies and have twisted my arm to give you a trial. So wisper an officer or myself for an invite when youre ready.
