Problem!

Hey guys, sorry i haven't been on yesterday and today, but im being told when i try to log in, that my pre-paid time is up :s

Even though i pay by card, and its still saying on my account information that my account is active :s

So ive been in touch with blizzard but they can't help me, its a problem people have experienced before, and it should be sorted out within 12hours.

If this isn't the case and it takes longer, i've been told i'll be getting 30days free for my inconvenience! But just so you know i won't be on for at least another 12 hours D:

I had the same problem. I pay by direct debit and yet kept getting told I had used up my prepaid time. All I could do was buy a play time card and use that. then a few days later blizz caught up and charged my account.

And yeah i should be on tonight for the raid!
