Nice that u changed a glyph for some more expertise, but few things i still dont like here.
Your legs are crap - u cud have got Pilllars of might(crafted ones) as they are BIs for any tank
Fervor of frostborn is crap - Black heart from Normal Trial of champion is better and yet u cba to farm it?
All in all i dont think u put enough effort in your gear.
Btw - Vindication works on bosses and Crushing blows were removed in the start of WOTLK.
Your spec i leave to Palabulos or Tyrex to comment as im not a paladin,however it woud be a decline from me atm.

No need to be so harsh. One thing i didn't mention is that i haven't been playing wow for almost 2 months...shortly after i made my Application the first time i had to stop playing wow for University reasons...I then decided to take a break, but was coming back for Cata. But then at the request of some of my friends, rumors where, you needed an extra tank, So decided to come bk early.

Now from my original post, i gathered that the only reason i wasn't accepted was due to availability and unfortunately you didn't have a slot for another tank, but as far as changing gear specs and getting expertise i took on board everything that was said to me and changes where made to reflect that..

Now Coming bk to Wow..with 3.2.5 i gather there are a few things that will have changed so ill definitely look into them.

The legs i can buy instantly when i next Logg on so that's not a problem and i have the Black heart in my bank..But to say i don't put effort into my gear ??..Ive been tanking since Day 1 of playing wow...its something i know quite well, so I'm sorry but with the level of content that was available to me at the time i Pained myself on getting the best i could, and becoming the best tank i could at the level of content i was experiencing.

I don't claim to know it all and openly take on feedback and improve upon it, But when it comes to the art of tanking I pride my self on doing a great job. So please don't cast me aside based on Gear choices, those are the one things that can easily be changed.

Yes im harsh and terrible,woud u rather like a anwser - "Hi there sorry u are not what we are loking for" or a sincere anwser of what i think its wrong and actualy hope u gona change it so i can review the aplication.
Only thing why this is aint a decline is cause i hope i can say Mcluvin in vent atleast 25 times a night.

ok, your talent tree seems pretty ok, execpt a few points, now getting 1 point in imp judgements will help your rotation to make it go better, and get vindication too, id take 1 point in benediction and 2 from conviction, but thats a personal matter in trems of TPS and mana.

Updated..I now have the Pilllars of might legs, and changed on enchant on my cloak from the Armour + too the Def enchant to counter act the slight def drop.

Just respeced slightly too based on your comments i didn't know about vindication effecting bosses so that was a good call..and Imp Judgment can be very useful in the long run so ty
