Ulduar 10 hard mode drake

Hi, i was wondering if some ppl in eternals would be willing to run me through the hard mode achivs in ulduar 10.

Id pay for food, flasks, repairs & line the inside of your pockts

If u would be willing to run me through could u message me with ur fee and if id pay your guild bank or pre player ^^

Well... i was rather hopeing u would set the price ^^

I know this isnt my business, as I have not long joined Eternals,
And I wouldnt be one of the players boosting you through,

But I will say if this is agreed to it sets a precedent whereby end-game raiders become "tour guides" for what of a better term,
for players that want achievements, drakes, titles etc,

And when I finally "EARN" an ironbound or rusted protodrake, I wouldnt want it devalued.

Can't say that I would do it either but it would be a good way to earn a bit of coin for the guild bank, every little counts anaw that!

I'd happily volunteer for a couple of k gold to line my pockets

How does 20k sound? it can either sit in your guild bank or u can share it. + u could maybe bring a alt or something ^^

also you would get the BOE's that would make a nice sum + DE'd items & boss n trash gold.

Hmm, well your going to have to talk it over with Ronab, but i'd contact him quick if your still serious about it as if it is next week the Rusted drake will most probably be removed.

Count me out. Couldn't agree more with Menkalina on this. No offence Grassisgreen, but it was hard enough to motivate players to get our members their drake, but they've earned them. Some things shouldn't be bought/sold. And the gold really isn't an incentive as far as i'm concerned.

For comparison, if 10 people were to donate the earnings of the Argent Tournament dailies for 10 days, it adds up to 20k gold aswell. 30 minutes per day (if you're slow/chatty while doing them ), that's 300 minutes spent, so roughly the same amount of time, but you can schedule it when you got nothing to do.

Ronab, its up to you to decide for guild imho - if you decide to go, I'll give a hand. Concerning new patch, I dont believe dragons will be removed next wed. They told in blues that they will give prior notice with 1 month period to focus on getting them so I would expect that next wed they will say - in mid Jan 2010 dragons will be taken.

Normally drakes are taken on the patch day if i'm correct, but that's just from previous experience

Pretty sure i covered the problems i have with this in my post.
What the rest does, is entirely up to them, but i prefer spending my time differently.

No, they are getting warcraft gold to raid..

The point of gold is to play imo... I dont NEED any gold beyond my cost for repairs, flasks, enchants, gems, and the occasional crafted..

If you have enough gold to play, why do you need more?

Besides its not like the guild bank needs it..

Its not my business like I said, and I have no stake in the thing.. but if i have an opinion i'll voice it...

To me its like, hey why not just offer the service in trade? <Eternals> is offering a tour guide service, etc etc.
you can make loads of gold then :-|

If members that have been here ages, if you cant see how this devalues the guilds name, then i dont know.. I've only been here five minutes. /shrug
But I'd bet the likes of Lost wouldnt even entertain the idea.

I dont have problem with that but I respect others opinions for sure. And I will obey the decision of guild leadership to decide if we will do such thing (will be precedens as well). My experience is that in the end your feeling matters - for example some ppl pay to somebody to play his character to get gladiator title (its in some degree similar like to get boosted for mount) but I would never accept it because it would spoil my feeling from my character - I am proud of all achievements I got and if someone else plays it its just like cheating. But If you dont mind, I dont have a problem.

Actually they sold zul aman bears :p Part of the reason why i didnt bother getting one myself :p

It boils down to offering a service and getting paid for it...ie the way every business in the world works. Tbh i'm not really bothered either way if we were to boost people through there or not.. Do i have gold to cover raiding costs...yes. Do i have gold to buy all the mounts, pets, etc that I would like...no.

To claim it devalues us because we are helping someone out to attain something, that for smaller guilds or unguilded people is hard to get, just seems silly. Especially, since we would be expecting him to pull his weight while in the raid.

It's not like we are planning on doing this regularly, it's one person asking. We can help and get something useful for it.

And btw lost, set up raids to BT/MH in TBC and sold loot to people...they offered something that 90% of people had no chance of getting otherwise and I see nothing wrong with that.

If you do then, as sub says she has other ways to spend her time

I guess we leave it up to Ronab and abide by his decision.
