Just saw this on official forums, these early changes look pretty sweet... especially the fact that their looking to buff arms Very Happy

Hello friends,
I realize many of you are concerned about the potential: 10% flat Titan Grip damage reduction/Heroic Strike Glyph/Mandatory Penis Reduction Surgery. As always, patch changes are not final and are constantly changed. If I even get a hint of whining in posts discussing these topics, I'm going to penalize and probably make fun of you. Blizzard is not out to get you personally. If you are quitting/rerolling/writing your Congressman in anger as a direct result of these changes I don't want to hear about it.

If the current PTR is their final stance on Arms, they nerfed the spec on any fight with >1 mob Sad

. But relentless assualts +damage on overpower and the pvp busniess makes it look ok, although the damage is still supposedly pretty bad.
