Do you have a stable internet connection (Yes/No and average MS in raids):
Yes, my average latency is around 25-30ms, connection is very stable.
What other characters do you have?
I have paladin tank Contriteness link to armory
and fire / frost mage Slunicko's link to armory.
I use them to get different point of view on encounters so I understand them more :-) Who am I kidding, I farm emblems on them, attend fun off raids and I thank to god that my main priest healer is so versatile :-)
Raid times and Experience:
Monday 19:30-00:00 - Yes
Tuesday 19:30-00:00 - Yes
Wednesday 19:30-00:00 - Yes
Thursday 19:30-00:00 - Yes
Friday 19:30-xx:xx - Yes, till there are bosses to kill
Saturday 19:30-xx:xx - Yes, till there are people to heal
Sunday 19:30-23:00 - Yes
Do you have pre-WotLK raiding experience, if so what?
I started to play when BC was released, did few Kara runs but I have nothing I could call experience worth mentioning.
What 10 man and 25 man bosses have you cleared and of which out of those bosses have you done on hard mode?
My WotLK raiding experience can be checked here: Trumpetka's raiding record

Character specific questions:
Explain your current gear choices and how you hope to improve then in the future.
I aim for Spell power>Haste>Crit> at the moment. My previous focus was at Intellect and Spirit for mana regen no matter if it had crit or haste but I was overhealing most of the time ending combat with 60-70% of unused mana due to 4k+ SP raidbuffed and low haste. There is not much you can do with Spellpower and Intellect on gear, you can just decide between Spirit+Haste or Spirit+Crit pieces or hope that DPS casters dont need item without spirit that has Crit+Haste on it. So I am currently switching to more haste oriented gear while trying to maintain decent crit (30% unbuffed atm)
I have different trinkets and 2 more pieces of 4set T10 in bank - only 2 pcs of T10 are upgraded to ilvl264, I decide not to use another two unless I can upgrade them so I am using non set hands, shoulders and pants because of stats. I dont feel 4 set bonus is that good to justify stats loss - but it depends on encounter and healing team, if I feel 10% increased healing ffrom circle of healing is needed, I will withdraw rest of my T10 from bank.
As possible improvement for future I will probably need to switch back to more mana regen for hard modes while keeping as much haste as possible - need to find some balance here using gems. Also my offhand could use some upgrade but I am quite satisfied with my gear atm - if I need to change things, i can do it via sockets, enchants and mana regen trinkets.
Comment on how youve chosen to gem and enchant your character, and why you have chosen these gems/enchants.
My usual enchants are spellpower on gear where possible, Darkglow Embroidery on cloak for mana regen, Enchant Boots - Tuskarr's Vitality for running speed if/when my PW:S in on CD (Body and Soul), +10 stats on chest.
Now my gemming might rise some questions, as you can see I use
meta Insightful Earthsiege Diamond for mana regen,
+12SP+10Spirit in Blue sockets,
+12SP+10Haste in Red sockets,
+20Haste in Yellow sockets.
My previous gemming was +12SP+10Intellect in Red and Yellow sockets but I found out that I am ending combat with 60%-70% unused mana doing way to much over healing due to high spell power and low haste as I said before.
Gemming and enchanting is something I reevaluate and change based on needs. This setup works for me now, I will change it to fit healing team, encounter and my role - I keep solid stock of gems in my bank.
What glyphs are you using and why?
Glyph of Guardian Spirit - 40% increased healing and life saving component available every minute? Second best thing after sex. If things go south, GS is there.
Glyph of Circle of Healing - 1 additional target covered, no brainer for raid healer
Glyph of Prayer of Healing - arguable, might be replaced with Glyph of Flash Heal, especially when my spec is build on FH, but I don't have mana issues atm and additional HoT won't hurt.
Minor glyphs are Shadowfiend, Levitate and Shadow Protection - dont really have much choice here.
Do you have any notable offspec gear and are you experience/up to date with the mechanics of playing your offspecs?
I cant say I have disciple gear set, most of my holy gear has spirit on it and I usually heal as disciple in this gear. Cant imagine getting cutting edge offspec and mainspec gear, other healers would eat me alive. However I have up to date experience healing as disciple, I often switch to disc for some encounters and I run 5 mans as 50/50 in both specs. I read both Holy and Disciple elitist jerks priest threads and try different ideas they argue there about if it catches my eye.
We require you to have at least one crafting profession (not engineering). If you have two gathering professions, would you be prepared to reroll one?
Mooncloth Tailoring 450, 345 of 408 patterns known, also have alchemy and JC on alts.
General questions
Previous guilds and reasons for leaving?
I have been in Angels of Darkness for around one year and really enjoyed my stay there. We have moved from social guild to raiding guild and worked through all the encounters together. Sadly there are not enough players who can commit to really dedicated progress raiding and I feel stuck in simple farming mode. Also I spend too much time working as co-GM and website admin instead of healing raids so I decided to leave and look for more progress raiding oriented guild where I can focus more on playing and less on management
What role do you feel you provide in a raid and what areas of strengths do you feel your class and spec has over others?
Tricky one. Playing a priest in both specs makes me feel being not best tank healer nor raid healer compared to other healing classes but I still provide some utility. Holy spec is very valuable in terms of saving people who are unlucky or make a mistake - Guardian Spirit, Body and Soul talent for increased running speed out of danger, instant cast flesh heal, 10% damage taken reduction from inspiration, Hymn of Hope mana replenishment for few raid members...
Disciple spec also has much to offer, damage prevention spec is really handy in heavy raid damage environment - requires a little different mindset then holy but other healers in team will have more time to heal raid under stress.
What 1 thing would you change about your class if you could?
I am quite happy with current talents and spells as they are. Ok, I was whining when they increased CD on penance because of PvP class balance, I also think it would be nice to have Body and Soul talent easier to obtain (but its so handy and overpowered so it probably should stay where it is) - priest is versatile and challenging to play and I like it as it is, there will be minor things people will whine about all the time no matter what blizz change :-)
What do you think you can add to Eternals?
I can offer high commitment - which is required anyway - so it comes back to skill, character knowledge, attendence, will to wipe, study alternative tactics - unless I am mistaken this is nothing special - its mandatory for progress raiding. So I just say I offer dedication and analytic approach to problems.
What do you think Eternals can do for you?
I hope I can get into stable team of people who share same values as I do. I expect progress, reliability, sense of achievement, lots of fun and I want that amazing feeling when you kill boss feeling whole team focused standing on their toes - that makes me proud not only for myself but for the coordination required to meet this challenge.
Personal infomation; Name, age, where you live, interests/hobbies, Job and family that will nag you to stop raiding?
My name is Walter, i live in Czech republic (Prague), 32 years old. I work as analytic in IT, no family, just GF who knows my priorities and can find her place in my life :-) (Doesnt sound that good as it actually is). Hobbies are mainly reading and photography and my work is my hobby (Doesnt sound that good as it actually is). But judged by time spent I should probably say Raiding is my most time consuming hobby.
[b]Additional information which you would like to name?
Not really, I think Potions can say few nice things about me, Perky can say few bad things and you will get whole story :-)
