Curse you Patch 3.0.9!

All testing done naked but for a Red Workman's Shirt (doesn't affect dps but at least I look good while testing) and with a [Arcanite Ripper]. Windfury Weapon rank 8 was used and it was done without any talents. The testing was all done on a level 60 dummy so there would be no misses, dodges or parries.

According to those results the glyph is indeed increasing the proc rate by 2%. The part that's weird is that it also seems to be affecting the AP bonus. Look at the Max Windfury Hit without the glyph 803 and with the glyph it's 913. With a 3.8 speed weapon it would take 405 AP to give an additional 110 damage per hit. Since the AP bonus on rank 8 is 1250 that would mean a 32% increase in the AP bonus.

So the glyph now seems to only increase the proc rate by 2% but also increases the AP bonus by 32%. This would require more testing with lower ranks to confirm the mechanics and should also have some testing done with Elemental Weapons to see how it all interacts, but I will leave that to others (or at least till tomorrow) since I am content for the moment with my findings and with the knowledge that Windfury Weapon still reigns supreme in patch 3.0.9
