no changes apart from we the only class to get nerfed

Seal of Corruption now deals [ 13% of AP + 6.5% of Spell Power ] instead of [ 15% of AP + 7.8% of Spell Power ]

Think this is aimed at tanks tbh! I get the feeling they have something in store for us as our dps compared with ferals rogues etc fails unless we can cleave.
