I use shotproc...adds a sound effect for lnl procs. very handy

You should check out http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info8579 (Power Auras Classic), Grimax. Does buffs, debuffs, procs, anything you can think of pretty much. Very useful for raiding also, you can add debuffs that certain bosses do, so you'll never get shouted at for not noticing that you should run out of the raid.
