ArP & Sunders
Just to clarify (this can apply to all classes that utilise ArP) as I did wonder about this myself:
"Sunder Armor (and Fairie Fire) reduces a target's armor by a flat amount whereas ArP reduces it by a percentage. So regardless of whether or not a full stack of Sunders is up on a target if you have say 40% ArP it will still reduce the target's Armor by 40% and when trinket procs (grim toll/runestone) it will add directly onto base ArP."

ArP pen cap is approx. 1232
(though apparently there's a rumor floating round that the cap to reach 100% has been lowered by a 100 or so in 3.2 to stop us relying on the trinkets so much)
ArP Soft-cap: 620 ArPen, if wearing Grim Toll
ArP Soft-cap: 567 ArPen, if wearing Mjolnir Runestone
As an MM hunter I'm holding off on stacking ArP gems until my base is higher (probably around 450 or so) mostly becuase I like the big Agility number and don't want to nerf it too much. Ofc for you Survivalist lot out there just keep stacking the Ag and crit

Sunders the target's armor, reducing it by 4% per Sunder Armor and causes a high amount of threat. Threat increased by attack power. Can be applied up to 5 times. Lasts 30 sec.
Faerie Fire
Decrease the armor of the target by 5% for 5 min. While affected, the target cannot stealth or turn invisible.
That's percentages isn't it? :p
