Explain your current gear choices and how you hope to improve then in the future.

Well, I hope to get great gear. Im aiming for mostly agility and armor penetration. And depends on what happends in the future with patches and stuff =)

Comment on how youve chosen to gem and enchant your character, and why you have chosen these gems/enchants. I use agility/ AP gems. Also those enchants



What glyphs are you using and why? I use Glyph of Explosive Shot, firstly, cause it increases the crit chance from it, also i use it alot and need more dmg.
I also use Glyph of Kill Shot, just so the cooldown is 6secs less.
Glyph of Serpent Sting, i use it cause it increases the duration of it by 6 sec.

Do you have any notable offspec gear and are you experience/up to date with the mechanics of playing your offspecs? Nope..

We require you to have at least one crafting profession (not engineering). If you have two gathering professions, would you be prepared to reroll one? Yes, but i have skinning so.



General questions

Previous guilds and reasons for leaving? I was i Knights of the Templar before. Got kicked cause my best friend past away.. And couldnt attend raids alot then so they kicked me..



What role do you feel you provide in a raid and what areas of strengths do you feel your class and spec has over others?

I can do good dps Ive done to yogg-saron so i know all tacts! Cant think of something more..

Right. Hello Porone.

Gear:
Gear is ok, you're not too far behind our current raiding level. You are under hit cap. Have you got any drops you'd like to get to bring it up? (what is the hit cap btw?) Also which trinket would you replace that blue with and why?

Enchants/Gems:
Several of you're enchants are subpar. they need to be upgraded as Eternals expect all applicants to have THE BEST enchants and gems. Can you tell me which ones and what enchants would be better? (example you're head slot enchant is Bad, there is a better enchant out there)

Also, as a survival hunter you should be stacking Agility above all other stats (except hit ofc). 1 AG gives more dps than 1 AP, and ArP is not great for survival at all (only works well for MM where you can talent to improve your physical damage shots; and even then you need loads of it to make it more viable than agility). Knowing this what would you change on your gear?

The gems you do have are ok.


Spec:
again it's ok. The cookie cutter spec (but hey it works). Once you achieve hit cap and can free up those 2 points in Focused aim, where would you spend them?

What in your opinion is the best Shot rotation for a survival hunter?


Looking forward to your answers, while playing a hunter ok is easy it requires a bit more effort to execute some awesome dps; thats what I'm looking for in your responce.

Where have all these nelf hunters suddenly appeared from? What's wrong with dworfs these days? And female draenei ofc!

Id like to have Pyrite Infuser from Levi 10m to replace the grim toll. And id like Wrathstone kologarn 25man to replace the blue I believe the hit cap is 297 without specing Focused aim.

In my opinion, Black Arrow, Explo, aimed, serpent, steady and repeat so on..

The trinkets you picked are nice but there are better out there: darkmoon card: greatness for a start and several from ulduar hardmodes 10/15 man which we run btw. The card is expensive but its still best in slot. Btw grim toll is a good trinket for MM/ArP Stacking.

And i already said you need to stack Ag once your hit capped what I asked for was for you to tell me what changes you would make to your gear to achieve this?

Hit cap is 8% or 263.

shot priority (ie which shot to press first when you have several available) is kill shot > Explosive > black arrow > serpent > aimed > steady.

If you know ulduar tactics you'd have an opinion on green clouds.

You need to come up with better answers mate if you want to show you arent just another middle of the pack hunter. more details to my questions please.

Firstly ill add some more hit rating gems to get capped. Then ill aim for more agi then ArP if i can get it

Some pointers I would like to give:

Get up ur rep with:
Knights of the Ebon Blade (head enchant)
Sons of Hodir (shoulder enchant)

You already wearing their tabard, so it seems you are working on that.

You also could consider buying the BoE bracers for 60 emblems these are better for your dps and also give you 28 more hitrating.

Yeh Itsy, the point was rather than give a list of pointers I was wanting Ponone to show that he knew what needed doing to improve his toon. I tend to find that this is a good indicator of some1 who puts effort into playing his class and researching the game (ie boss strats)

edit: plus Rigs and Sage get emo if we point out everything

Oh and the green goo on Vezax is useful for hunters (less time in Viper), casters and healers just dont like sharing
